I am Dr Zuzanna Kundi, a nutritionist (SNDA, PTD) specializing in gut health and the gut microbiome. For over 20 years, I have been living, studying, and working in many countries. I spent half of this time learning and researching in the field of human nutrition, while the other half has been devoted to working in the nutrition industry, where I held roles in food production, quality control, formulation, and regulatory affairs.

MY QUALIFICATIONS

I hold the following degrees:

  • PhD – The University of Hong Kong – Nutrition / Gut Microbiome / Obesity
  • MSc –  Clinical and Public Health Nutrition, University College London
  • BSc – Human Nutrition, Kingston University London

MY LIFETIME OF LEARNING

Thanks to my extensive travels and the having lived n the UK, Hong Kong, India, and now in Singapore, I have enriched my scientific knowledge with nutritional discoveries from many parts of the world. I have explored new foods, dishes, recipes, and dietary habits, as well as how they have evolved over the years and decades.
